In short
Plans are for personal, household use and must not be shared or resold.
Plans are fixed-period payments and do not renew automatically.
Channel line-ups change over time; no specific channel is guaranteed.
You agree to use the service lawfully where you live.
1. Agreement
By ordering or using Trex IPTV you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old to order.
2. The service
Trex IPTV provides access to live television channels and an on-demand library delivered over the internet and viewed through third-party player apps on your own devices. We do not supply the devices or the apps, and we are not responsible for how third-party apps work.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed by message. We confirm your device and the plan before sending a payment request. A contract is formed when we confirm your payment and send your access details. Prices are those shown on the website at the time of your order. See secure payment for details.
4. Plan duration and renewal
Each plan runs for the period you paid for, starting when your access details are sent. Plans do not renew automatically. To continue, you place a new order.
5. Free trials
Trials are offered at our discretion, one per household, for the length stated when issued. A trial ends automatically and never becomes a paid plan without a new order.
6. Your account and access details
Access details are personal to your household. You must not share, publish or resell them, or let more screens play at once than your subscription allows. Keep them confidential and tell us if you think they have been exposed.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for private viewing, in line with the laws of the country where you use it. You must not record, rebroadcast or redistribute content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for any commercial or public showing.
8. Content and availability
Channels and titles change over time as sources and rights change. We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to any particular channel or title. Planned maintenance and events outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.
9. Refunds and withdrawal
Refunds are handled under our refund policy. Consumers in the EU and UK also have the rights described in our right of withdrawal.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end access, without refund, if you breach these terms — in particular by sharing or reselling access details. Where possible, we will contact you first and explain why.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for indirect losses or for issues caused by your devices, apps, internet provider or home network. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you ordered. Material changes are announced on this page with a new date.
