Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a legal right to cancel a purchase made online. Here is how it applies to a streaming service that starts right away.
In short
- EU and UK consumers can usually withdraw from an online contract within 14 days.
- If you ask us to start the service straight away, you pay only for the days already used.
- Withdraw by sending us a clear statement — the model form below is optional.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.
Your right to withdraw
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day the contract is concluded, which is the day we send your access details.
When the service starts immediately
Most customers want to watch the same day. When you ask us to activate your subscription during the withdrawal period, you expressly request that the service begins before the 14 days are over. If you then withdraw, you pay an amount proportionate to the service provided up to the moment you tell us, and we refund the rest.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement of your decision to [email protected] (or on WhatsApp in your order conversation) before the period ends. You can use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Refund after withdrawal
We refund the payment, minus any proportionate amount for days already used, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used — unless you agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fee for the refund.
Customers outside the EU and UK
Wherever you live, our refund policy still applies and gives you a way to get your money back if the service does not work for you.
