When a channel stops working
Occasionally a channel goes down because its source changes. When that happens we work on restoring it or replacing the source, usually without you needing to do anything.
If a channel you rely on is down for more than a short while, tell us the channel name and the time. Reports from customers help us fix things faster.

Turn a big line-up into your line-up
A large guide is only pleasant if you can find things. Most player apps let you shape it in a few minutes:
- Favorites — star the channels you watch daily so they open first.
- Hide groups you never watch to keep scrolling short.
- Separate profiles or lists for kids, where the app supports it.
- Parental PIN on adult or late-night categories.
Channel FAQ
Questions about the channel list
How many channels does Trex IPTV have?
The line-up spans national and international channels across many countries and themes, and it changes over time. Rather than quote a number that quickly goes out of date, we confirm the specific channels you care about on request.
Are channels in HD?
Many channels are offered in HD, and some in higher quality where the source provides it. What you see also depends on your connection and device; 25 Mbps measured on the TV is a good target for the sharpest picture.
Is there a TV guide?
Yes. Supported player apps show a TV guide (EPG) with what is on now and next. If the guide looks empty or shows the wrong times, check the time zone on your device and refresh the guide in the app.
Can I request a channel?
You can. We cannot promise to add it, but requests tell us what customers want and we pass them on when we review sources.
Seen enough? Pick the plan length that suits you.
Every plan includes the full line-up and on-demand library.
